CONTAINED LIVING

 One of our most favoured design creations is that of small spaces. In 1982 we turned a two car garage of 400 square feet into a one bedroom loft apartment that included a galley kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom, living room featuring a corner fireplace, an office and a loft that housed a queen size bed, two dressers and two night stands, a built in TV and two built in closets. We maximized every square inch of space and still were able to dedicate 50 square feet to outside storage. From that job completion we have never looked back. We love restoring and designing small spaces!

Since then we have designed and renovated dozens of small space projects from garages to basements, bathrooms, kitchens, offices and more leaving them each with their own character and outstanding design elements to maximize every inch of valuable space. 

Currently we are hard at work on the our launch of Shipping Container Modular Homes. In our designs we often use 20' and 40' used shipping containers much like the ones you see below. Our designs include single family residential homes, cottage bunkies, granny pods, office spaces, university dorm facilities and more recently a design of a sub division Shipping Container Tiny Home community.
