We utilize our trained eyes for colour, composition, and scale to create a place that you love. Our design schemes address fabrics, furniture, window treatments, paint, rugs, artwork, lighting and accessories.

Space Planning
120 per hour
Are you stumped with how to arrange furniture or maximize your small space? This is where we come in. We are available to complete the hands on placement of furnishings, art work, accessories or simply spend time with you to offer ideas and advice. Typically we can transform 4 rooms in a two hour period.

Custom Furniture Design and Ordering
120 per hour
Allow us to accompany you to our design studios and designer outlets. If you would prefer to travel alone or with family and friends we are happy to let our studios and outlets know your coming. This way you will be greeted and directed to your area of choice.

Color Consultation

Choosing the right paint colour can be extremely daunting for many people. During this 2 hour consultation we lend a professional eye to help you avoid unnecessary mistakes and achieve the look and feel you had envisioned. We will leave you with colour charts and ideas to keep you on the path to your new and beautifully decorated space.

Staging
120 per hour
Staging is the ultimate in getting the most money for your home if you want to sell it. If your home is about to hit the market for sale, the competition is endless. If your home is to stand out above "ALL" the others on the market in your neighbourhood, yours MUST be the best. Staging a home by adding a fresh coat of paint, removing the outdated wallpaper, moving some accessories around (maybe even boxing up a few items so its not too cluttered looking), in the main areas such as the kitchen, living and bathrooms will secure you a high level position in the competition. Staging can also bring a fresh new look and design to your home. We pride ourselves in making your home reflect who you are so that when we leave we take our personal style with us and leave you with the style you love and are most comfortable in. You'll be surprised at how much we can do in a two hour period.

Staging with Real Estate Agents

Special 5 hour package for your clients when purchased in a package of 5. Your clients can use it all on their existing home to prepare it for the market or use a portion of it on their old home and the balance on their new home. Agents should inform clients there may be some purchases necessary (we do our best to keep the dollars spent on the old to a minimum) to complete the staging of each home.
